Interesting Vermont Facts
The only state capital in
the US without a McDonalds is in Montpelier, Vermont. The largest
producer of maple syrup in the U.S is Montpelier. You must have a liquor
ID in order to
purchase alcohol at liquor stores and grocery stores because Vermont does
not sell alcohol
to out of state licenses. Its nickname is “Green
Mountain State.” Its largest city is Burlington.
It borders the states of New York, New Hampshire and Massachusetts.
